Affinity Trend operates a SaaS advanced analytics platform aimed at financial institutions and retail sector companies. The platform analyzes data using proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning models, generating actionable outputs to improve sales, operational efficiency, and risk management (hereinafter, the "Service").
Important: The Service does not include legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Outputs generated by the platform are analytical decision-support tools and do not constitute final recommendations. Business decisions remain the client's responsibility at all times.
Access to the Service's features requires creating a user account. Registration may be completed using proprietary credentials or through third-party identity providers enabled on the Website.
The registered User is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, as well as for the confidentiality and safekeeping of their access credentials. Fraudulent use, unauthorized access, and identity impersonation are strictly prohibited.
Affinity Trend commits to maintaining an appropriate level of platform availability in accordance with the contractual conditions agreed with each client, excluding scheduled maintenance windows duly notified in advance and force majeure events.

Client data ownership
Data provided by the client for processing is and remains the client's property. Affinity Trend does not acquire ownership rights over such data and processes it exclusively as a data processor. The client authorizes Affinity Trend to use anonymized data derived from Service usage to improve its models, without enabling the identification of individual data subjects.

The relationship between the User and Affinity Trend shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, without prejudice to any other forum that may correspond to the User under applicable law.
If any provision of these T&C is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Affinity Trend's failure to exercise any right recognized under these T&C shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
